Our Immigration Department in Belfast, seeks a motivated and experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and client-focused firm, providing high-quality legal advice across a broad range of immigration matters.
The Role:
You will manage your own caseload and advise clients on a variety of immigration issues, including:
✔ Visa applications and extensions
✔ Family and private life applications
✔ Skilled Worker and sponsorship matters
✔ Settlement and citizenship applications
✔ Appeals and general immigration advice
✔ Judicial review litigation
The successful applicant will ideally have the following abilities and qualities:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in immigration law
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Capability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a busy team
- A drive to build business connections and promote yourself and the firm
