The team has significant experience in providing both advisory and transactional services in respect of onshore and offshore development matters to include all environmental and regulatory aspects.  Some work undertaken includes the following:-

• Onshore windfarms – We have acted in the acquisition, by way of option agreement and lease, of 33 windfarm projects, some of which involve up to 10 landowners
• Off shore – the ownership and exploitation of seaweed/wrack around the coast of Northern Ireland
• Solar Panels – we have acted for solar panel companies in relation to the putting in place of leases enabling installation of panels on a significant number of residential and commercial properties in Northern Ireland
