There may be several situations where you might consider challenging or contesting a Will, including:

• Testamentary capacity
• Undue influence
• Lack of knowledge and approval
• Valid execution
• Fraudulent/forged wills
• Rectification and construction claims
• If you are married/financially dependent and the will has not made adequate provision for you
• If executors are not acting properly in the administration and distribution of the estate
