The ever-increasing employment laws mean that employers must have the correct procedures and advice at hand to avoid costly litigation in the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal.  With the number of claims constantly on the rise – its no longer a matter of choice.  With six employment law solicitors, we are the largest employment law practice in Northern Ireland.  We consistently seek to deliver fast, practical and straight talking employment advice which not only meets but exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Our approach

At Worthingtons we pride ourselves on our ability to respond quickly and efficiently to client demands and deadlines.  Response times are swift.  For our Tribunal claim and defence work, written prospects assessments including a “next steps” case plan, estimates of potential claim value and legal costs together with settlement/conciliation options on a costs/benefit analysis are provided to all clients within 28 days of instruction and updates are provided every four weeks or sooner where significant development arise.
