Kerry joined Worthingtons in the summer of 2017 as a Legal Executive in the Employment Law Department and completed her law degree through the Open University in 2019.

Kerry graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2021 and has since been representing both employers and employees at the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal, in a diverse range of matters including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, public interest disclosure, equal pay, and various discrimination claims. Kerry has recently gained experience in advising clients on health & safety legislation and sickness absence management policies in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Kerry frequently provides private legal advice on a wide range of employment issues, and HR advice to small companies.

Kerry is a member of the Young Solicitors Association and has published articles on topical employment law issues.
