Kerry joined Worthington’s in the summer of 2017 as a legal executive in the Employment Law Department, and completed her Law Degree through the Open University in 2019.
She has gained experience assisting on numerous cases for both employers and employees at the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal, in a diverse range of matters including Unfair Dismissal, Constructive Dismissal, Public Interest Disclosure, Equal Pay, and various Discrimination claims.
Kerry will commence her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in January 2020 and will qualify as a Solicitor in September 2021.
