In addition we have experience of handling large portfolio transactions and have the capacity to cope with a large volume of management work. We provide secure online databases for clients’ tenancy documentation allowing clients and their authorised agents to access view and print leases and associated documents as and when required.
We also have substantial experience of franchising in the retail and leisure sectors having acted on both the franchisor and franchisee sides, including having acted for the sole franchisee of one of the largest cosmetics chains in Ireland.
