Victoria Murphy

Victoria graduated from Ulster University with a degree in Law with Criminology in June 2015 and joined Worthingtons in 2023 as an Apprentice Solicitor within our busy Employment department in the Belfast office.

Victoria graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2023, and has since been representing both employers and employees at the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal, in a diverse range of matters including unfair dismissal, redundancy, constructive dismissal, various discrimination complaints, public interest disclosure, unlawful deduction of wages and equal pay. Victoria also provides private legal advice on a wide range of employment issues.
