Trishvindip Kaur

Trish graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2022 with an honours degree in law. In October 2022, she joined Worthingtons Solicitors as a Legal Executive in the Litigation Department at the Belfast office.

Over the years, Trish has assisted in all manner of immigration matters that our office is involved in including entry clearance applications, applications for permission to remain and applications for citizenship. Trish regularly completes all manner of visa applications and is fully conversant with the eVisa system and Sponsorship Management System for sponsor licence holding clients of the firm.    

Trish has gained experience in a diverse range of matters with our litigation department including personal injury claims and clinical negligence.

Trish is commencing her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in January 2027, with the view to qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2028.
