Syarifah Farissa Syid Ayob

Syarifah graduated from Queens University Belfast with a degree in Law in June 2022 and joined Worthingtons Solicitors in January 2023 as a Legal Executive within our Employment Department.

Over the past three years Syarifah has gained invaluable experience assisting on a number of complex cases for both employers and employees at the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal. Syarifah has gained experience in a diverse range of matters including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, public interest disclosure, unlawful deduction of wages and various discrimination complaints.

Syarifah is looking forward to commencing her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in January 2027, with the view to qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2028. She hopes to practice as an Employment Law Solicitor in the future.
