Cherry joined our residential conveyancing team in November 2025. Having qualified as a Solicitor in September 2015, Cherry gained legal experience working in a well respected Belfast based firm of solicitors for over 10 years.

Cherry has experience specialising in a wide range of legal property services including selling properties on behalf of local property developers and acting for private clients in the sale and purchase of residential properties. Cherry also has extensive experience in remortgages, equity release/lifetime mortgages and for clients purchasing via the Shared Ownership scheme with Northern Ireland Co-Ownership Housing Association.
