Worthingtons Matrimonial team are delighted to have represented a client in Divorce and Ancillary Relief proceedings which finalised this month by way of a 100% Pension Sharing Order in favour of our client, in addition to a lump sum payment from her spouse.

The outcome of the case means our client will receive the entirety of her former husband’s pension entitlement, up to the date of the conclusion of the case. This excellent conclusion was arrived at by successfully arguing that a 100% Pension Sharing Order was required to meet our client’s financial needs, and those of the minor children of the family.
