Celia Worthington, niece of rally car driver Paddy Hopkirk, joined the mini cavalcade through Belfast to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of his famous Monte Carlo rally win
The weekend of 22 February saw exciting festivities in Belfast to mark the 50th anniversary of Paddy Hopkirk's win of the Monte Carlo rally. Paddy is the uncle of Belfast partner Celia Worthington.
Huw Worthington, Celia and Alistair McKee from the office joined the mini cavalcade through the streets of Belfast, followed by a dinner in the spectacular Titanic Building that evening where many of the world's best known rally drivers attended. Paddy is the youngest of five children and Celia's late father, Frank, was the eldest of the family.
It was an emotional occasion for all and Worthingtons Solicitors are thrilled to have that association.
