Celia Worthington, senior partner in the Belfast Commercial Department recently celebrated 30 years as a qualified solicitor
Congratulations to Celia Worthington, Senior Partner in the Belfast Commercial Department, who recently celebrated 30 years as a Qualified solicitor.
Her career path has taken her from the University of Warwick and Chester School of Law to her first legal position at Eversheds in Birmingham where she became a fully fledged Solicitor at the age of 24; returning to practice in Northern Ireland in 1989.
When asked what changes she has noticed over the years Celia remarked, “One of the biggest changes I have noticed is in relation to technology. When I first qualified IT was in its infancy. Fax machines were unheard of and mobile phones were the size of house bricks! Currently we have our two offices networked and can draft and agree documents at the touch of a button”.
