Worthingtons have donated a large volume of computer hardware to Camara, to be refurbished for use by disadvantaged communities.
Camara is an organisation which uses technology to improve education and livelihood skills in disadvantaged communities throughout the world.
Worthingtons are pleased to be able to contribute to this worthwhile cause by donating a large volume of our retired computer hardware. Once the computers have been wiped, they are refurbished and loaded with educational software. Each computer reused by Camara will be used by 21 children in a low income school, enhancing the quality of their education and improving their future prospects.
We are committed to reusing our retired computer equipment prior to eventual recycling and are delighted that those in need will directly benefit from our contribution.
