Sian graduated from Ulster University with a degree in Law with Criminology in 2015.

Sian joined Worthingtons’ Employment Law department as a Legal Executive in November 2015. Sian previously worked as a Legal Executive at another Belfast firm where she assisted in their Matrimonial and Family Law department.

Throughout her time at Worthingtons, Sian has gained invaluable experience assisting on a number of complex cases for both employers and employees at the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal, in a diverse range of disputes to include Unfair Dismissal, Redundancy, Public Interest Disclosure, Unlawful Deduction from Wages, Equal Pay and various Discrimination complaints. Sian is due to commence her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in January 2021 and will qualify as a Solicitor in October 2022. She hopes to practice as an Employment Law Solicitor in the future.
