When Rachel graduated from Queens University she was awarded the McKane Medal and Scholarship for Jurisprudence and later obtained a Masters in Human Rights Law.

She is now a Solicitor within the commercial department of Worthingtons specialising in corporate, commercial and charity law and acts on behalf of individuals, companies, charities and social enterprises.

She has a range of corporate and commercial experience which includes; the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses, shareholders’ and partnership agreements, company formations, contracts, secured lending, property disputes, shareholder disputes and landlord and tenant matters.

Rachel also advises charities on a range of issues from governance, registration, incorporation, acquisitions, mergers, contracts and disputes. Rachel also provides bespoke training to organisations within the third sector on an ongoing basis.


Rachel regularly contributes to the Worthingtons’ client newsletter and has written articles for the Belfast Telegraph and the Ulster Tatler.
