Janeen is an experienced lawyer specialising in residential property law.  Janeen joined Worthington’s thriving property department in 2017, having previously worked in another respected local practice for over 12 years.  She advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing to include:- sales, purchases, remortgages, land transfers, site purchases and Co-Ownership transactions to first time buyers, home owners and buy to let investors.

Janeen also deals with Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership applications and has experience in Probate.
