Alexander Redpath


Alexander graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a degree in Law in 2011 and qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Alexander has served as a member of the Queen’s University Senate.

Alexander joined Worthingtons in 2020 and works in the Employment Department of our Belfast Office.

Alexander represents both employees and employers including private sector businesses and local government. Alexander advises in a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Alexander has extensive experience representing clients before the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal in actions for unfair dismissal and all categories of discrimination, as well as providing practical advice on employment and HR issues in the workplace. Alexander maintains an interest in sports law and serves as Chairman of the Irish Football Association Disciplinary Committee. Alexander also maintains an interest in classical music and is a former director of the Ulster Orchestra.
